The Edenta Volcano range is a New generation of TC Cutters treated with a DLC annealing Process – the answer for the highest demands, combined with ultimate durability.

Due to the DLC annealing process a special material (DLC) is diffused to a penetration depth of 90u into the tungsten carbide structure of the Volcano TC Cutters – micro-smooth surface of the TC Structure.

Especially sharp Cutter edges ensure an exceptionally high level of cutting efficiency – in addition to superior longevity – it simply lasts longer too. The ultra-smooth surface in turn reduces operating friction, facilitates removal of shavings, extremely silent and vibration-free handling of the instrument.
