This 10X triplet hexagon loupe is ideal for inspecting both diamonds and colored stones both at the bench and on the road, wherever magnification is needed. The high-quality lens is ground for extra sharpness, and color corrected to deliver accurate transmission of color. The triplet lens is made of three lenses, bonded to eliminate the optical distortions encountered in single-lens loupes. The flat black color of the lens holder prevents color distortion and controls glare, increasing the accuracy of the color transmission and reducing eye strain. The hinged chrome-color cover swivels closed to protect the lens whenever the loupe is not in use. Includes a convenient leather case for easy storage.
