Mini 25x25mm Starter Kit

The ever popular Mini Wheels 25x25mm are now available in Starter Kits. Consisting of one each of the following Grits 80, 100, 150, 180, 220, 240, 320, 400 & 600 Grits.

These wheels are usable for low temperature melting metals as: Tin, Lead, Silver Zamac, etc…

They can also be used for harder metals as : Bronze, Copper, etc…

When you use this wheel its capacity is at 40%, it’s after 2 to 3 minutes use that the capacity becomes 100% efficient.

These wheels are used with materials : No1: Abrasive Fiber and No 2: Abrasive Cloth.

At the beginning of use the length of No 1 & No 2 are equal, after a few minutes, you will notice that the No 2 is longer than No 1,( which is normal).

The participation of No 1 is minimal, it’s role is to be used as a vibration absorber with No 2, which will give you a smooth polishing without scratches, but abrasive during the removal of smudges even on hard metals.
