The automatic torch igniter offers hands-free ignition from any direction—simply touch the torch tip to any of the four buttons on top to initiate an ignition spark at the center fixture to light your torch. It is durably constructed to offer years of reliable service. Large open-top style easily ignites any torch. Set the main switch on the bottom to the “on” position while the igniter is in use and set in the “off ” position for safety during extended periods of non-use. Requires two AA batteries (not included).

• The battery compartment of this torch is designed for non-alkaline batteries (which are slightly smaller than alkaline batteries); it will accommodate alkaline batteries but you will need to press very firmly to close the compartment securely before using the torch.
